We are excited and welcome all brokers and agents to work with us and offer a 2% co-broke on the sales of all our offerings. We can provide unbranded marketing materials for you and are happy to meet your prospects onsite for tours as well as give presentations, you can be as hands-on as you’d like or just pass them to us as a referral.

Sign up below and we’ll provide you with assets you can use for print as well as to share.  In addition, we have setup software tracking on our site to protect agents and brokers. We’ll create a custom link for you so then when you share your custom link and someone visits the site it will register a cookie in their browser for 365 days attaching them to you. If that person returns and ever submits a contact inquiry, it will automatically be tagged to you and if they purchase, you get the 2% co-broke! We’ve done this to allow you to literally be hands off if you’d like. You can share on social using the link directly to our website or in an email blast to all your clients and we’ll take it from there and give you credit for it.
