Yes! We are the Official Luxury Motor Condominium and Townhome Partner of Sebring International Raceway, providing an unparalleled experience and offering to track patrons, teams and enthusiasts.
Yes! SMG owners have access to 25 pre‑scheduled track days (200 hours) per year on the famed Sebring International Raceway. Because not all members in the Sebring Resort community are racers, we leave it as an optional addition when purchasing your unit. Additional fees & restrictions apply. Please contact us for more details.
Sebring Resorts is located less than a mile from famed Sebring International Raceway off Highway 98. The address is 120 Floral Drive Sebring, FL
Yes! You are the owner of your unit. You may choose to sell or rent your unit at any time.

Yes! We have a dedicated loading and unloading area for semi‑tractor trailers and haulers on site as well as a dedicated big rig parking lot.

You are welcome to keep your trailer/rig in your unit. Short‑term/long‑term offsite parking nearby for rigs/trailers is available at additional charge.

Our drive aisles are 60′ wide, providing adequate room for big rigs and haulers to maneuver within the complex.

Sebring Resorts is located less than a mile south of Sebring International Raceway and is the only facility of its type. There is a proposed route to access the Gate 4 area, which will negate the need to ever enter onto Highway 98.

Yes! The Sebring Townhomes are zoned residential and can be lived in full‑time.

Monthly HOA fees are $300/month. Real estate taxes are billed direct to unit owners.

Yes! The entire community will be secured with a perimeter fence and under 24/7 surveillance

Yes! All our buildings are rated 140 mph with impact windows and doors and located in an X Flood Zone.

According to Highlands County Tax Collector, real estate taxes can be estimated using a multiplier of 0.0158 on the assessed value.

Select units can accommodate a mezzanine height of 14′ clear. Please contact us for availability.

25′ wide units are 14′ × 14′ and 30′ wide units are 16′ × 14′.

Yes! Lifts are welcome within your unit and depending on your configuration you may be able to fit multiple triple lifts.

Typical race car maintenance is allowed, subject to designated quiet times as outlined in the rules and regulations.

Retail shops are not permitted without the written consent of the association.

Yes! The community clubhouse may be reserved for private use. Please refer to the community rules and regulations.

Yes! There will be full‑time staff on-site during normal business hours 7 days a week.
