Do I own my Sebring Motor Garage?
Is there room to load/unload vehicles?
Yes! We have a dedicated loading and unloading area for semi‑tractor trailers and haulers on site as well as a dedicated big rig parking lot.
Can I park my rig/trailer onsite?
You are welcome to keep your trailer/rig in your unit. Short‑term/long‑term offsite parking nearby for rigs/trailers is available at additional charge.
How wide are the drive aisles?
Our drive aisles are 60′ wide, providing adequate room for big rigs and haulers to maneuver within the complex.
Is there direct track access?
Sebring Resorts is located less than a mile south of Sebring International Raceway and is the only facility of its type. There is a proposed route to access the Gate 4 area, which will negate the need to ever enter onto Highway 98.
What comes standard in a unit?
All units regardless of size come standard with:

Can I customize my unit?
Yes! We offer a range of customizable options, including:

Can I fit an RV?
Yes! All garage units are 55′ deep and have a 14′ high overhead door. Select units can have the mezzanine raised to 14′. Please contact us for availability.
Can I live full‑time in the townhomes?
Yes! The Sebring Townhomes are zoned residential and can be lived in full‑time.
Are there monthly fees?
Monthly HOA fees are $300/month. Real estate taxes are billed direct to unit owners.
Is there security?
Yes! The entire community will be secured with a perimeter fence and under 24/7 surveillance
Are the buildings hurricane-rated?
Yes! All our buildings are rated 140 mph with impact windows and doors and located in an X Flood Zone.
How much are taxes?
According to Highlands County Tax Collector, real estate taxes can be estimated using a multiplier of 0.0158 on the assessed value.
Can I fit my RV under the mezzanine?
Select units can accommodate a mezzanine height of 14′ clear. Please contact us for availability.
What size are the overhead garage doors?
25′ wide units are 14′ × 14′ and 30′ wide units are 16′ × 14′.
Can I install car lifts?
Yes! Lifts are welcome within your unit and depending on your configuration you may be able to fit multiple triple lifts.
Can I work on my car in my garage?
Typical race car maintenance is allowed, subject to designated quiet times as outlined in the rules and regulations.
Can I run a shop/business out of a unit?
Can I reserve the clubhouse for private use?
Yes! The community clubhouse may be reserved for private use. Please refer to the community rules and regulations.
Is there onsite staff?
Yes! There will be full‑time staff on-site during normal business hours 7 days a week.
How tall are the garages?
24′ at the ridge sloping to 19′ at the outside wall.
Are utilities included?
Each unit will have individual electric meters through Duke Electric. Water for the garages will be common and individual for the townhomes. Fiber internet is run to the community and is available through individual accounts.
